Michael "Blue Bay"

On July 17th we all went to the Michael Buble, (or Michael Bluebay as Ashley would say) concert at the AT&T Center.  It was such a fantastic show!  Paul's Aunt had extra tickets for the box, so we brought the kids with us, and they were soo well behaved. Paul's sister, Camille, and her girls, as well as Paul's parents joined us. I have all of Michael Buble's CD's and I am definitely a fan - not only of him, but of this style of music.  I love me a good "crooner"! :)  Man, Michael Buble is something else.  He puts on a great live show, pitch perfect but with lots of personality.  It was awesome!  He even mentioned that this was his biggest attended show for the entire tour!
The show opened with an acapella group called Naturally 7.  They were fantastic!  They not only sang acapella but their voices were used as instruments.  Check out their website if you can. The group really set the tone for the rest of the night. Once Michael got on stage the crowd was definitely warmed up and ready to party.  It was a really great time!



Now when we are in the car and Ashley hears an old standard, big band song, she says "Is this Michael Bluebay?".
