On Friday night, Paul and I had a long overdue date to Paesano's with our Christmas gift card from Fr. Ed. :) Camille watched the kiddos! It was so nice! We ordered the most amazing caprese salad that had the creamiest mozzarella cheese I have ever had! Paul and I were in heaven!
I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan. Yum!
Paul got Chicken Piccata :) His favorite.
Then on Saturday night we went to the Spurs game with Tyler and Claire! It was so much fun! They played the LA Clippers. Bianca and her boyfriend Adrian, were only 3 rows above us! I was originally supposed to babysit Chloe for them that night but they were able to find a backup sitter so that worked out perfectly! It was also 90s theme night at the game so it was fun listening to all the music and watching the Spurs cheerleaders dress up and dance. Unfortunately they lost the game but it was neat knowing that it was televised on ESPN! Mom and Dad saw the backs of our heads on TV! Lol! Thank you TDad for coming over to watch the kiddos!
Bianca got some pics of us!
Us with Claire and Tyler
Our view! David Robinson was 4 rows ahead of us in the black hat!
This morning the kids tried some fresh squeezed blood orange juice. My friend at work has his very own orange tree in his backyard so he shared some oranges with us. The kids loved it!
For the Super Bowl tonight, we stayed home and the kids cuddled together for some of the game in the tent and I picked up some frozen pizza and mozzarella sticks! The kids LOVED watching Katy Perry at the halftime show! My favorite part was listening to Ashley ask questions about football and hearing Paul answer. "What does it mean when they throw the flag?" "Why does it say 3rd and 9 on the bottom of the screen?" "What does halftime mean? "What's a quarter mean?" "Oh look, only 3 minutes to go!" What a crazy end for Seattle! :(
Glued to the TV watching Katy Perry
