Student Led Conference

Last week, Ashley performed her Student Led Conference. Her school has been doing them since Kindergarten. Instead of the teacher doing the conference, the child goes through their Leadership Notebook and talks about what they've been learning and what they are enjoying and what they are struggling with. The students feel empowered and it gives them a chance to shine! Paul and I look forward to them each year!
