CIZE

Over the last month or so I have been doing my best to try and get back into shape. I have gained about 8-10 lbs over the last 4-5 months and it's definitely been making it hard to feel comfortable in my clothes, not to mention comfortable with how I see myself. I want to feel fit and have more energy and my running and yoga was too inconsistent to be my sole source of exercise. Not to mention I need accountability!  I love to dance but a lot of the dance fitness programs seem so corny.....Soooo enter, CIZE! A Facebook friend of mine is a BeachBody coach and I reached out to her to see if there was a program out there that incorporated dance choreography and it just so happens that there was a new program out there that did just that!! Win!!


So I got the program and I have been doing it for around a month. I love it! It's right up my alley and I sweat like crazy! More recently I had to stop due to an injury and also being sick with a cold, but we are starting another round and I am more determined to keep it up this time. We have accountability partners and we have to check in every day! It really is awesome and it has truly helped me stay focused. I am upset about the last two weeks but I am really excited to start the next 30 day round! Cheers to getting stronger and more fit!! yay!
