The kids each participated in this years' literary pumpkin patch at school. This was Corey's first year!
Ashley decorated her pumpkin to look like the lion from The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. She chose to use glitter and two different colors of construction paper (orange and yellow) for "texture" (per Ashley's words). She drew the lion's eyes really well.

And Corey chose to make his pumpkin the Mouse from the book If you Give a Mouse a Cookie. I think it turned out pretty well! :)
