Mom and Dad's 30th Anniversary Party

We just got back yesterday from our trip to NJ to visit my side of the family and to attend my Mom and Dad's 30th Anniversary party and vow renewal ceremony. It was a beautiful day! The forecast originally called for thunderstorms, but the Lord blessed us with a gorgeous 75 degree day with little to no humidity. We truly couldn't have had a better day! Mom and Dad's ceremony was beautiful and we all enjoyed dancing and eating lots of delicious food! It was a luau theme so everyone dressed in bright floral colors and had leis. My Dad made a Tiki Bar and it turned out wonderfully. Dana's husband served as bartender and served up pina coladas, margaritas and all types of yummy drinks. Mom and Dad even cut their cake with the same knife they used when they got married 30 years ago! How special! Below are some photos from the party. More NJ vacation blog entries to come!!!

They danced their "2nd Dance" to Martina McBride's "My Valentine"
