Dirty Cough

Yesterday Paul had Ashley laughing so hard that she was coughing. She was coughing so hard that it made her gag and a little puke came out. She was so shocked by what had just happened, that she said to us "I think that was a dirty cough!" hahaha, that was a good way to put it. She wanted to take a bath immediately!

Some other cute little Ashley sayings:

Instead of Fairy Godmother (as in the Cinderella story) she says "Fairy Muder"

When we go out to eat, she says that we're "going to the nester-ant" instead of "restaurant"

She got Pinnochio for a bday gift, and we said, "Aww, look Ashley, it's the movie Pinnochio!" and she said "no, it's Nochio" leaving off the P.

She likes to answer things with the phrase "Sure-diz" (I guess as in Sure is!) So for example I will say: "Boy, it's a little chilly outside today." And she'll answer "Sure-diz!"

She also likes to add an extra syllable to words, which is a very "southern" thing to do. She'll say, "look at Ariels mermaid tay-el (tail)" It cracks me up!
