Today I started Day 1 of my next program through Beachbody called 22 Minute Hard Corps. It's a military based drill workout which is TOTALLY out of my comfort zone. This year is my year to PUSH out of my comfort zone and try things that seem scary or might now appeal to me right away and see how I feel after I accomplish them. We are not talking jumping out of planes or anything like that, but I do really want to try to test my limits a bit. I have learned over the years that when I do something that scares me or pushes me out of my comfort zone a little bit, is when I really LIVE and have been some of the best experiences of my life. Soooo with that said, I really enjoyed DAY 1 of the program. It is definitely different but I am excited to see how I feel after the 60 days. Also, today, Paul and I met up on campus during a break for a walk. We also stopped at the campus Starbucks for a coffee. It sure is nice to get these mini dates during work hours when it is hard to get time together one on one for evenings out. I really appreciate these moments.
